SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, color and appearance may vary depending on your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
Technical Notice: Our projectors utilize built-in Android software. Due to HDCP copyright restrictions, certain streaming apps (e.g., Netflix, Disney+) must be played via the projector’s internal apps and cannot be screen-mirrored from a mobile device. This is an industry-standard technical property and does not constitute a product defect.
SECTION 3 - ANTI-FRAUD AND NO P.O. BOX POLICY
3.1 P.O. Boxes: To ensure secure delivery and valid tracking for payment processing, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded. 3.2 Verification: We reserve the right to flag or cancel any order that appears high-risk or fraudulent. We may require additional identity verification before processing high-value orders. 3.3 Chargebacks: Any customer who initiates a "friendly fraud" chargeback (disputing a successfully delivered order) will be permanently barred from the Services and reported to global merchant fraud databases.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Risk of Loss: Once the carrier marks an item as "Delivered" via GPS/tracking confirmation, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which features an Eco-Friendly Replacement model. Please review that policy for specific instructions on defective items.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and images on this site are owned by Umbra-Projectors and are protected by international copyright laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Umbra-Projectors is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that any sales are made directly with Umbra-Projectors. You expressly release Shopify from all claims or liabilities arising from your transactions with us.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Venice, VE.
