At Umbra-Projectors, we strive to deliver your cinematic gear as quickly and safely as possible. Because we ship high-value electronics, we use premium, tracked shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Locations & P.O. Box Policy
We ship to most countries within Europe and worldwide.

NO P.O. BOXES: To ensure secure delivery and provide valid "Proof of Delivery" for payment protection, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. * All orders must be placed with a physical residential or business address. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
We work diligently to ensure your gear is inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Once processed, shipping typically takes approximately 8–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier efficiency.
Note: During peak seasons, holidays, or extreme weather events, carrier delays may occur. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your projector to you.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the initial shipment notification.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss
We use tracked shipping to confirm the exact moment your package reaches its destination.

Proof of Delivery: Once the carrier (e.g., DHL, Poste Italiane, or FedEx) marks a package as "Delivered," it is legally considered received by the customer.

Theft/Loss: Umbra-Projectors is not responsible for "porch piracy" or packages stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided. We recommend ensuring someone is home to receive the package or using a secure business address.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Umbra-Projectors is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by your local government.
6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a free replacement. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
