At Umbra-Projectors, we want you to love your cinematic experience. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issues.
Our "Hassle-Free" Eco-Replacement Policy To reduce our carbon footprint and save you the stress of international shipping, Umbra-Projectors does not require you to mail back defective electronics. 1. If your item is defective or damaged: Do not send it back. 2. Please Contact Us Here with a brief video or photo showing the issue. 3. Once verified, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund. You may keep the original unit for spare parts or dispose of it locally.
Technical Notice (Read Before Contacting) Please note that for iOS/iPhone mirroring, a 5G WiFi connection is recommended for optimal performance. Due to HDCP copyright restrictions from streaming providers (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu), content must be played via the projector's built-in Android apps and cannot be screen-mirrored from a mobile device. This is a standard industry limitation and is not considered a product defect.
European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period In accordance with EU law, for orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible for a refund under this period, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Refunds If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
